This is a short SAMPLE privacy notice for a fictional firm. It is not a law firm’s legal privacy policy, and it is not legal advice.

Who this notice is for

Palm Court Trial Group is a fictional sample firm used to demonstrate this microsite. West Palm Beach, Florida is listed as a sample office city. A buying firm will replace this notice with its own name, office, and privacy terms.

Form data

The free case review form asks for a name, phone number, email address, and a short description of what happened. Hidden fields on the sample form may also record a source label (for example, spinal-injury) and a state of Florida.

On a live buying-firm site, that information would be used to respond to the review request and to keep a record of the inquiry. This demonstration site does not sell form data and does not use it to build a public list of injured people.

What this sample does not do

It does not create an attorney-client relationship.
It does not describe a real law firm’s retention schedule, vendors, or advertising cookies in full.
It does not replace the disclosures a Florida firm must make under professional-conduct rules when it collects intake information.
